RESIDENTIAL EPC

COMMERCIAL EPC
A Commercial, or Non-Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) displays the energy performance of a commercial building on an A+ to G scale.
The rating is based on the estimated carbon emissions of the building and unlike EPCs for existing dwellings which are based on a property’s estimated running costs.
I cover any Level 3 or Level 4 commercial property including retail outlets on the high street or corner shops, warehouses & workshop units, office blocks, pubs & care homes.
A legal requirement for all commercial buildings, I will complete an EPC report which will show a breakdown of a property’s energy performance and recommendations for improvements.
